<ul><li>Supervise and manage the daily accounting activities of the organization.</li><li>Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.</li><li>Review and verify journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.</li><li>Coordinate with banks for fund management, reconciliations, and other financial services.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely closure of audit points.</li><li>Implement and maintain internal financial controls and process improvements.</li><li>Guide and mentor accounting team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Prepare management reports and provide insights for decision-making.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;27,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
