### **Job Summary:**We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Staff member with knowledge of **electrical and plumbing systems** to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and preventive servicing to ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and in good working condition.---### **Key Responsibilities:*** Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment.* Handle plumbing work, including repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems.* Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical and plumbing fixtures.* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.* Coordinate with management for major repair or replacement needs.* Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.* Ensure all safety and maintenance standards are met.* Provide general facility support when needed (minor carpentry, painting, etc.).---### **Requirements:*** Proven experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.* Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.* Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties.* ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.---### **Benefits:*** Competitive salary* Accommodation provided* Meals during shift hours* Supportive and professional work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,021.53 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
