Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage loading and unloading tasks effectively.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate vehicles, including vans and trucks, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.</li><li>Load and unload cargo, ensuring that items are secured properly for transport.</li><li>Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery records, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries.</li><li>Handle heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.</li><li>Operate forklifts when necessary to assist with warehouse tasks.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience as a Driver in courier services or delivery roles is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.</li><li>Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial, particularly in load/unload operations.</li><li>Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety practices is essential.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.</li><li>Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided.</li></ul>If you are a motivated individual with a passion for driving and logistics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job Type: Full-timePay: $600.00 per weekWork Location: On the road
