If you're passionate about social media trends, creative storytelling, and making an impact online, this role is your launchpad to grow professionally while gaining invaluable industry experience.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing innovative social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtubeand similar platforms.</li><li>Identify, research, and engage with local influencers, content creators, and industry personalities aligned with the company&rsquo;s brand</li><li>Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to inform content strategies.</li><li>Manage scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize future efforts.</li><li>Support in executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with the team on branding initiatives, public relations activities, and e-commerce promotions to ensure consistent messaging.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy and brand voice before publishing to maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster positive relationships.</li><li>Assist in photography and video editing projects to produce visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Also must engage in email campaigns through mail chimp.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and platform-specific best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Experience with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with social media management applications including Hootsuite and Buffer (application).</li><li>Ability to create compelling visual content through photography and video editing skills.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for error-free communication.</li><li>Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing concepts including branding and relationship management.</li><li>Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online customer engagement strategies.</li><li>Strong written communication skills combined with creativity for content creation.
