We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the Mold, Water, and Fire process by providing accurate cost estimates for projects. This is a full-time position with great advancement opportunities. Looking to hire someone who can write Scopes and Negotiate Estimates, attention to detail is a big deal and you must be open to learning other aspects of the job<ul><li>3 years experience writing and negotiating insurance losses &amp; non-insurance losses.</li><li>Proficient in Xactimate with a minimum of 2 years of experience</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and negotiation skills</li><li>Customer service focused</li><li>Pass drug and criminal background checks</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Ability to independently scope and estimate mitigation &amp; construction projects of all sizes.</li><li>Communicate with adjusters/customers on the scope of work</li><li>Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekExperience:<ul><li>Xactimate: 3 years (Required)</li><li>property restoration estimating: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>IICRC Certification (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Boca Raton, FL 33431 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Boca Raton, FL 33431: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
