 Job Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking a young professional or current college student to join our Corporate Communication team as a Communication Intern. In this role, the Intern is expected to be a strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and managing deadlines.
 
 This is a 6 month duration internship for senior and/or recent grads only.
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner to successfully build out the company&rsquo;s intranet
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with intranet update requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate and assist with the intranet build out: build pages, work with other stakeholders for support and content, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and provide reports in Asana (the team&rsquo;s project management platform)
 </li>
 <li>
 Write basic copy or gather content for the company intranet
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to the company&rsquo;s style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free copy
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist corporate communications to gather stats and evaluate results of campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Support with internal communications distributions.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A senior that is currently pursuing a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or employee relations; or a recent graduate looking to gain experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Has a passion for employee communications and a desire for professional growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Be willing to learn to manage SharePoint (intranet platform)
 </li>
 <li>
 Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Asana (or any other project management platform), and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus but not required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong copywriting and editing skills
 </li>
 <li>
 An individual who is self-motivated and willing to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Meticulous attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Willing to meet with Corporate Communications Team often for working meetings

 A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
