Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi language and literature lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.</li><li>Develop and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments that foster reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.</li><li>Encourage students&rsquo; interest in Indian culture, values, and traditions through literature and language.</li><li>Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations; maintain accurate academic records.</li><li>Provide individualized support to students who need additional help.</li><li>Integrate modern teaching aids and technology (smart boards, digital content, etc.) into lessons.</li><li>Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, school events, and professional development programs.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to design and improve curriculum and co-curricular activities related to Hindi language and culture.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (as per CBSE norms).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level preferred.</li><li>Strong command over Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, and composition.</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with digital tools, e-learning platforms, and modern teaching methodologies.</li><li>Passion for teaching and continuous professional growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
