<b>Reynolds is seeking an Admissions Support Specialist </b>to serve as a key resource within the Office of the Registrar, supporting students, faculty, staff in navigating essential academic processes. This position is responsible for facilitating and processing Credit for Prior Learning (CPL), troubleshooting registration issues, managing course substitutions, processing attendance records, and verifying student enrollment and credential information. The Education Support Specialist ensures all functions are performed in compliance with FERPA, state regulations, institutional policies, and accreditation standards. By providing accurate, timely, and student-centered support, this role contributes to academic integrity, operational efficiency, and student success.</div>

</div><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of regulations and laws governing college enrollment services, records retention, and the release of confidential data.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices in an educational environment.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures; manage multiple processes using automated systems related to enrollment.</li>
<li>Ability to cross-train staff and collaborate effectively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Skill in reviewing requests, analyzing data, conducting research (paper and online), and resolving problems.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make sound decisions.</li>

This role is responsible for designing visually compelling graphics and managing our social media presence to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and overall marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong eye for design, proficiency in digital marketing, and a passion for social media trends and brand storytelling.<br>

<b>The role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:</b>

<b>Graphic Design:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Create high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including logo designs, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and website content.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.</li>
Work directly with print production vendors and assist with creating print-ready files<br>
