<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Essential Responsibilities:</b></h4><p>
Produce quality parts to meet customer deadlines and requirements</p>
<p>
Be productive in a team setting</p>
<p>
Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts</p>
<p>
Ability to operate different tools such as height gauge, mics &amp; caliper</p>
<p>
Become familiar with all facets of the metal fabrication department which includes, but is not limited to, robotic welders, break presses, lasers, and manual welding</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Non-Essential Responsibilities:</b></h4><p>
Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work areas.</p>
<p>
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.</p>
<p>
Performing other duties as assigned.</p>
<p>
Discard scrap metal</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Supervision Received:</b></h4><p>
Specific Direction: Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education &amp; Experience:</b></h4><p>
High School diploma or GED</p>
<p>
Ability to read and understand blueprints</p>
<p>
5+ years of experience</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Other Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</b></h4><p>
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes.</p>
<p>
Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day</p>
<p>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.</p>
<p>
Experience with a tube laser or flat laser is a plus</p>
