About the Role</b></h3><p>
The <b>Welder I</b> position is responsible for welding metal components using handwelding equipment and ensuring weld quality meets specifications.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions</li><li>
Inspect and verify parts for accuracy</li><li>
Maintain consistent, high-quality welds</li><li>
Meet hourly and jobbased weld output goals</li><li>
Use common welding hand and power tools</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Welding certificate or equivalent experience</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Working Conditions</b></h3><ul><li>
Industrial fabrication environment</li><li>
Exposure to weld fumes, noise, and heat</li><li>
Standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and reaching required</li><li>
Fulltime, 40 hrs/week with possible overtime</li></ul><p><b><br>
