 As the core hub of the local market in Pakistan, you will be fully responsible for the integrated online and offline marketing promotion and exhibition event implementation in the region, providing in-depth support for the local sales team in customer development and lead conversion. You will accurately capture the dynamics of Pakistan's policies, competitors and customer needs, build an efficient communication bridge between the China headquarters and the Pakistan region, and ensure the localized implementation of brand strategies and the coordination of marketing resources.

 Qualifications

 <li>
 Basic Qualifications: Pakistani national, bachelor's degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical Engineering, New Energy or related fields is preferred; able to reside permanently in major cities in Pakistan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry Experience: 2-5 years of marketing promotion experience in the PV/new energy/power industry; priority will be given to those familiar with the local PV market pattern, channel resources and policy environment in Pakistan.
 </li>

 Required Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mature experience in operating integrated online + offline marketing, with successful cases in exhibition planning and execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sharp market insight and information analysis ability, able to quickly capture market dynamics and convert them into actionable suggestions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and coordination, cross-cultural collaboration skills, strong execution ability, able to adapt to fast-paced work and business trips within the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Language Skills: Urdu as mother tongue; fluent in English (written and spoken), which can be used as working language; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Others: Familiar with Pakistani business rules, compliance requirements and local cultural customs; those with local industry resources are preferred.
 </li>
