JAB is seeking a Content and Media Intern to assist in capturing and creating daily content across our youth basketball programs. This role works directly with the Director of Operations and Brand to bring the JAB experience to life through social media, video, and storytelling.This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about basketball, understands social media, and enjoys creating content in a fast-paced sports environment.ResponsibilitiesCapture video content at practices, games, and events including player highlights, shooting clips, game action, and behind-the-scenes momentsFilm content in vertical format for short-form platformsEdit short-form videos for social media including reels and highlight clipsAdd captions, trending audio, and simple text overlays to videosAssist with creating of social media content calendarCollaborate weekly on content ideas, player features, and campaignsHelp tell the story of players, teams, and the overall JAB experienceStay up to date on social media trends and sports media content stylesQualificationsInterest in basketball or sports mediaFamiliar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video contentExperience using mobile editing apps such as CapCut or similar toolsComfortable filming in live gym environmentsCreative, reliable, and self-motivatedStrong communication and willingness to learnTime CommitmentApproximately 3 to 10 hours per weekEvenings and weekends based on practice and game schedulesSome travel opportunities may be available during summer tournamentsWhat You Will GainHands-on experience in sports marketing and content creationReal-world experience working within a growing sports organizationOpportunity to build a strong content portfolioExposure to high-level youth basketball operations and eventsPotential for future paid opportunities based on performanceJob Type: InternshipApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please list your experience with social media and website creation</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dallas, TX 75244
