Qualification &amp; ExperienceEducation : Graduate / MBA (Supply Chain preferred)Experience : 4&ndash;8 years in FMCG logistics/dispatch/warehouseIndustry : FMCG / Food / Beverage / Dairy / Snacks / Pharma FMCGRole SummaryResponsible for managing end-to-end dispatch operations for finished goods in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setup, ensuring on-time delivery, accurate documentation, transporter coordination, FIFO management, and adherence to compliance &amp; hygiene standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Coordinate daily dispatch plan as per sales orders &amp; market demand.</li><li>Prioritize Modern Trade Dispatches &amp; Deliveries by considering PO expiry date.</li><li>Coordinate with Client, agent, transporter, drivers to ensure right time delivery.</li><li>Ensure dispatches meet OTD (On-Time Delivery) and fill-rate targets.</li><li>Maintain RTV (Return to Vendor) &ndash; proper coordination for Article mismatch / shortage / damaged etc and maintain accurate records of returns with proper reasons, quantity.</li></ul>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Coordination<ul><li>Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices for FMCG product freshness &amp; shelf life.</li><li>Track dispatch inventory, report shortages &amp; damages.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; System Handling<ul><li>Update dispatch details in ERP / SAP / WMS systems.</li><li>Maintain daily dispatch MIS, vehicle log book &amp; transporter ledger.</li></ul>Transporter &amp; Vendor Coordination<ul><li>Liaise with transport partners for vehicle arrangement and trip planning.</li><li>Negotiate spot freight &amp; ensure cost control without compromising service.</li></ul>Quality, Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure correct pack size, batch &amp; expiry dispatch as per order.</li><li>Comply with regulatory norms (Legal Metrology, GST, E-way bills).</li><li>Adhere to FMCG safety, food handling, and hygiene policies.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor KPIs: OTIF, vehicle turnaround time, freight efficiency, fill rate, FIFO compliance.</li></ul>Skill RequirementsTechnical Skills<ul><li>FMCG warehouse &amp; dispatch operations knowledge</li><li>ERP/SAP/WMS system handling</li><li>MS Excel &amp; reporting (V-lookup, Pivot preferred)</li><li>E-way bill portal expertise</li><li>Knowledge of FMCG distributor network &amp; logistics cycle</li></ul>Behavioral<ul><li>Strong follow-up &amp; coordination skills</li><li>Discipline in hygiene &amp; compliance</li><li>Situational decision-making under pressure (month-end peaks)</li><li>Team leadership &amp; vendor management</li></ul>KPI Metrics<ul><li>On-Time Dispatch %</li><li>OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery</li><li>Vehicle Turnaround Time</li><li>Logistics cost per MT / per km</li><li>Zero dispatch errors &amp; documentation accuracy</li><li>Market return control &amp; damage rate</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Factory/Warehouse environment &ndash; FMCG food safety norms</li><li>Must handle peak demand days (month-end / festival season)</li><li>Travel for transporter coordination / distributor check (if required)</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
