Job Description:

As the Team Leader you will act as the first-line operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members in providing a great guest experience. You will create an environment that is fun, friendly, clean and safe. You will assist in managing the daily activities to achieve excellence in operational performance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER

As a Restaurant Manager, you manage one of our single Jack in the Box unit locations and are responsible for its overall operations. Some of the tasks required are:

<li><ul><li>Effectively execute the Jack in the Box systems and processes at your location with accountability and discretion</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Passionate about ensuring that guests receive excellent customer service every single time, you respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Prioritize that your location has a great reputation in cleanliness, food quality, and safety, in the community.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Recruit, select, build, train, coach, and lead the team so that each team member is inspired to take pride in their work and always provide exceptional service.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Treat all employees with respect and dignity and act as an excellent role model at all times.</li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li>Exceptional ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities, as the dependable source of strength and positivity.</li></ul></li>

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT MANAGER

High school diploma or equivalent
<ul>
<li>3 years of experience managing a service concept with full profit &amp; loss responsibility</li>
<li>At least 18 years old</li>
<li>ServSafe certified</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English</li>
<li>Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, &amp; division)</li>
<li>Proficiency with personal computers and related software applications</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and be on your feet for the majority of a shift</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of a personal vehicle to make bank deposits and travel to other locations as needed</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Amazing leadership ability</li>
</ul>
