WHO YOU ARE:

As Manager, Talent Partnerships, you'll play a central role in keeping talent partnerships organized, moving, and successfully executed across campaigns, productions, and live experiences. You'll help coordinate the many moving parts that bring partnerships to life &mdash; from talent outreach and negotiations to logistics, travel, approvals, and execution.

You are highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, able to manage multiple workstreams at once while ensuring every detail stays on track. You thrive at the intersection of relationship management and operational coordination, supporting both internal teams and talent representatives to ensure partnerships run smoothly from start to finish.

Working closely with the Director of Talent Partnerships, you'll help manage partnerships of all sizes &mdash; from emerging creators to high-profile celebrities &mdash; ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications stay aligned across clients, talent teams, and agency partners. 


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Talent Partnership Management &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Supporting the Director of Talent Partnerships across the full lifecycle of partnerships &mdash; from talent identification and outreach through execution, measurement, and wrap.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Serving as a primary manager for talent representatives, agents, managers, publicists, clients, and internal teams.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Managing project timelines and workstreams to ensure talent partnerships stay on schedule and aligned with campaign milestones.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Tracking deliverables, approvals, and usage rights to ensure talent commitments are fulfilled accurately and on time.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Coordinating the flow of information between talent teams, clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders.</li></ul> 


Project Management &amp; Operations
<ul>
<li>Building and maintaining project trackers, timelines, and status updates across multiple campaigns and partnerships.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Managing approval processes between talent teams, clients, legal, and internal leadership.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Drafting deal memos, reviewing contracts, and tracking talent deliverables with strong attention to detail.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Partnering with internal and external legal teams to route agreements, collect signatures, and ensure contractual obligations are met.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Monitoring budgets, fees, and payment timelines associated with talent partnerships.</li></ul> 


Talent Logistics &amp; Production Support
<ul>
<li>Coordinating talent logistics including travel, accommodations, schedules, and on-site needs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Managing talent riders, hospitality requirements, and production coordination for events, shoots, and appearances.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Preparing call sheets, briefing documents, and run-of-show materials for talent activations.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensuring talent teams receive clear schedules, expectations, and key information leading up to campaign or event execution.</li></ul> 


Relationship Management
<ul>
<li>Building and maintaining strong working relationships with agents, managers, publicists, and talent representatives.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Acting as a trusted point of contact for talent teams throughout campaigns and activations.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and internal leadership to keep stakeholders informed.</li></ul> 


Research &amp; Strategy Support
<ul>
<li>Researching, vetting, and identifying talent for client opportunities across entertainment, sports, and creator communities.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintaining talent tracking lists, market insights, and industry contacts.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Staying on top of cultural and industry trends to help inform partnership opportunities.</li></ul> 


Reporting &amp; Wrap
<ul>
<li>Coordinating post-campaign reporting, performance tracking, and recap materials.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Organizing partnership documentation and learnings to support future programs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Helping identify opportunities for expanded partnerships and future collaboration.</li></ul>

</h3>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, account management, or project management within an agency or brand environment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience working with talent teams, agents, managers, or publicists.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Familiarity with contracts, licensing, and talent usage rights (experience working with legal teams a plus).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to manage logistics such as travel coordination, schedules, and event or production support.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership and operate independently when needed.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Entertainment, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>

Who you are: 
 
You're an Integrated Marketing Producer (digital campaigns &amp; experiential marketing) who loves digital &amp; experiential and all the work that goes into making these experiences happen. You'll be responsible for assisting the production team in bringing to life all of Jack's creative sparks and thoughtful insights by ensuring flawless execution of assigned deliverables. You will demonstrate an understanding of the production process and are focused on learning and supporting the team. 
 
What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Oversee multi-channel campaigns that span across various media platforms &ndash; experiential/events, digital including programmatic media and social, broadcast, print, etc.</li>
<li>Participate in client need intake process, translating into project vision and parameters.</li>
<li>Owning actionable budget development, project schedule and process.</li>
<li>Establish team communication methodology including status reports, team meeting notes and action items lists.</li>
<li>Ability to write and communicate effectively, transparently and proactively.</li>
<li>Take ownership of the integrated project management process throughout the lifecycle&mdash;from digital web development to live experiential activations&mdash;ensuring the team uses agency processes and tools effectively.</li>
<li>Lead and help project teams stay accountable.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between account, strategy, creative and dev teams.</li>
<li>Primary production contact for client, lead production-focused client meetings and deliver clear, accurate status reports covering schedules, budget, deliverables and key project milestones</li>
<li>Review projects for quality assurance purposes and ensures that both internal and client reviews take place.</li>
<li>Recommend alternative production methods and the latest technology to enhance both digital solutions and physical brand experiences.</li>
<li>Routinely advise, guide, and counsel clients on integrated solutions that leverage the full suite of agency offerings.</li>
<li>Help delegate work to junior staff and freelancers from kickoff, including expectation setting, onboarding, and managing their availability against project needs.</li>
<li>Resides over integration and coordination of all production elements to ensure consistency and cohesion across touchpoints.</li>
<li>Close oversight of:
<ul><li>Timeline development and management, budget development and management, resources, and reconciliations to actively manage revenue and profit (needs to be managed with a clear understanding of deliverables and business objectives)</li>
<li>Maintain direct collaboration with creative, strategy, media, account teams, finance and resourcing</li>
<li>Collaborate with vendors as needed (e.g., video editors, developers, photographers).</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables through a Production and operations lens.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>For this role you will need
<ul>
<li>5 years of hands-on experience in creating from brand work, content, campaign development and media assets</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Demonstrated project management skills, including budgeting, communications, scheduling and time/resource management</li>
<li>Lifecycle Confidence: Proven ability to manage the entire project lifecycle from proposal writing and budgeting through development and people management, including technical consultation and interface with with dev teams and the ability to have high-level commercial conversations regarding risk and insurance</li>
<li>Vendor &amp; Talent Management: Experience identifying, negotiating, and booking a diverse range of resources, from web developers to freelance production talent, to ensure best-in-class pricing and execution.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, and client interfacing abilities</li>
<li>Must possess ability to handle numerous projects at one time, meet fast turnaround deadlines, and maintain an eye for detail</li>
<li>Must be well-versed in web development processes, able to collaborate effectively with developer partners while understanding timelines, technical constraints, and the creative problem-solving required to deliver impactful digital solutions.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Prior exposure to or interest in B2B &ndash; industrial, technology, and SaaS sectors. Including the desire to understand our client's complex business at a high level and the various audiences they serve and business challenges they face</li>
<li>Must have broad familiarity across media channels including video, print, and digital environments with a strong understanding of the buying process, financial tracking, channel constraints, and the ability to partner closely with media planners to execute plans on budget and on schedule</li>
<li>Ability to work in hybrid capacity, with 3 days per week in the Boston office</li>
</ul>

The salary range for this position is up to $85,000.
