The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for all guests and is responsible for preparing the office for patient arrival. Responsibilities include: answering and directing phone calls, emails, text messages, faxes and voicemails, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, checking patients in and out for their services, confirming appointments, maintaining a clean and professional work area and assisting the office manager in other administrative tasks.
