<div>We are seeking a highly motivated <b>Legal Assistant </b>to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to title attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys managing the client's workload. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and conduct research, draft pleadings, motions, orders, manage court dockets. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail oriented.</div>

<b>Responsibilities</b>
</div><ul><li>Communicate with clients and fellow employees regarding cases in the office.</li>
<li>Prepare case-specific documents, including petitions and motions.</li>
<li>Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review</li>
<li>Organize court docket, file and record important information</li>
<li>Maintain and update documentation in case management and client systems.</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred</li>
<li>Certification or diploma as a Legal Assistant is preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with document management experience</li>
<li>Excellent research skills</li>
<li>Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work well under pressure</li></ul></div></div>
