Position Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you&rsquo;ll be the face of our company delivering top-notch service, repairs, and installations directly to our customers. Your work will help us maintain high customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and grow our reputation for quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches</li><li>Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of products</li><li>Diagnose errors or technical issues and determine effective solutions</li><li>Complete field assessments and document findings</li><li>Produce timely, detailed service reports</li><li>Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards</li><li>Operate company vehicle safely and use mobile field tools effectively</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team and share information as needed</li><li>Build and maintain positive customer relationships</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Proven field service or related trade experience</li><li>Ability to assess, repair, and service residential exterior products</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>English literacy and good communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with mobile tools and applications</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>
Experience in the following is a plus:
