Job Description:</b><br>
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul><li>
Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions)</li><li>
Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions</li><li>
Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court</li><li>
Take and defend percipient and expert depositions</li><li>
Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials</li><li>
Active participation in trial</li><li>
Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case file</li><li>
Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation, active participation in negotiating settlements</li><li>
Regular client communication</li><li>
Assist in management of litigation assistants and paralegals</li><li>
Attend regular trainings for professional development</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><b>
2+ years as an Attorney in PI in the state of Nevada required</b></li><li>
Candidate has a JD and is admitted to the Nevada bar</li><li>
Strong written and oral advocacy skills</li><li>
Highly motivated to learn and grow</li><li>
Very well organized</li><li>
Resourceful and persistent</li><li>
Civil litigation or personal injury experience is a plus</li></ul><p><b>
