 Job Description:
 
 The Front Office Receptionist position aids the entire firm by providing administrative support to every department. The team is looking for a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and capacity to rapidly grasp new procedures.  Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Answer incoming calls from clients, vendors and intake.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sorting and reviewing of incoming faxes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Scanning mail and saving mail to appropriate folders or systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling highly confidential information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with all teams to meet their mailing and distribution needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Special projects and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Unfailing attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational/ time management skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Computer Skills:
 
 To perform this job successfully, you should have strong knowledge of either the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite (spreadsheets, documents, etc.)
