Job Title: International Call AgentWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused International Call Agent to manage outbound calls with clients in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, resolve customer inquiries.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend calls and coordinate with the rest of the team</li><li>Schedule meetings with the team according to the call</li><li>Redirect calls or provide information as per called request.</li><li>Import export knowledge on a basic scale is necessary, including shipping</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Logistics shipping basic knowledge required</li><li>Previous call center experience (preferred)</li><li>Ability to work on night shifts and manage time effectively</li><li>Computer and typing proficiency</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>Working hours are flexible</li><li>On-site hours 11-7 PAK time</li><li>Flexible hours are offered according to the USA time once the applicant is approved</li><li>Working days are 5 in a week</li><li>Saturday and Sunday Off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
