<li>Partner with department heads to set performance expectations and organizational goals.</li>
<li>Implement HR best practices to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze workforce data to inform decision-making.</li>
<li>UKG System Oversight</li>
<li>Manage and optimize HR workflows, reporting, and data integrity within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform.</li>
<li>Leverage UKG for payroll coordination, workforce analytics, and HR reporting.</li>
<li>Train managers and staff on effective use of UKG tools and functions.</li>
<li>Collaboration with External HR Partner</li>
<li>Coordinate with third-party provider on benefits administration, compliance, and regulatory matters.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal HR and external HR services.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a multi-site healthcare or service-based organization.</li>
<li>Strong background in employee engagement, retention, and performance management.</li>
<li>Must be proficient in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS/payroll platform, including reporting and workflow management.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and drive organizational change.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR systems and analytics.</li>
<li>PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.</li>
