About the Role:We are looking for a QMS Manager who can take full ownership of our Quality Management System. The role requires someone who understands manufacturing operations, can maintain compliance, and drive consistent quality across processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement, maintain, and improve the company&rsquo;s Quality Management System.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct internal audits; prepare for external audits.</li><li>Identify process gaps and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Develop SOPs, work instructions, and quality documents.</li><li>Monitor quality metrics and present reports to management.</li><li>Train employees on QMS requirements and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with production, maintenance, and other teams to ensure quality standards are met.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 3-5 years in Quality Management, ISO 9001, internal audits, and CAPA.</li><li>Skills: Knowledge of ISO standards, QMS software, SPC, and quality metrics.</li><li>Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma preferred.</li><li>Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Jaipur, Rajasthan (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
