Reporting to the Finance &amp; Accounting Manager, this regional role is designed for a well-rounded accounting professional capable of managing the full spectrum of accounting activities. The position covers core responsibilities such as end-to-end accounting, month-end close, accounts reconciliation, AR/AP, and intercompany transactions. It also includes oversight of fixed assets, leased assets and liabilities, and inventory management. A key aspect of this position involves issuing and applying sales invoices for subscription renewals within our eSupply Revenue Division.<br>

As part of a highly system-driven organization, familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Concur, and JAGGAER Marketplace is advantageous. Candidates with experience in similar environments will find themselves well-suited for this role. JAGGAER adheres to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for its financial reporting. Therefore, a reasonable understanding of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15, provides an added advantage.</div>
Principal Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage end-to-end accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.</li><li>Lead the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including issuing and applying sales invoices, managing customer receipts, and ensuring timely collections.</li><li>Processing of AP invoices in the procurement system, namely JAGGAER Marketplace (JMP), and seamlessly integrating them with NetSuite (ERP).</li><li>Performing bank reconciliations for UAE &amp; KSA accounts (2 in UAE and 1 in KSA).</li><li>Managing the entire payment process, encompassing vendor payments, payroll, intercompany transactions, and inter-account transfers.</li><li>Ensuring accurate entry of fixed assets into NetSuite and maintaining comprehensive supporting schedules to facilitate audits and management information system (MIS) reporting.</li><li>Executing monthly depreciation procedures for fixed assets within NetSuite (ERP).</li><li>Recording leased assets and liabilities in NetSuite, alongside performing month-end tasks to ensure proper accounting and reporting of these items.</li><li>Inputting intercompany invoices into NetSuite (ERP) for accurate consolidation.</li><li>Maintaining inventory of physical assets and ensure accurate tracking.</li><li>Preparing accrued expenses schedules and making necessary journal entries.</li><li>Thoroughly reviewing and processing employee expense reports integrating from Concur to NetSuite (ERP) and performing reclassification entries for precise expense reporting.</li><li>Preparing various MIS schedules such as Prepayments, Bank Guarantees &amp; Deposits, Telephone Bills, Staff Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, etc.</li><li>Maintaining organized records of vouchers, invoices, and correspondence essential for documentation.</li><li>Integrating and issuing sales invoices from SFDC to NetSuite (ERP).</li><li>Issuing/applying receipts to sales invoices in NetSuite (ERP).</li><li>Support audit and taxation processes and contribute to financial compliance</li><li>Participate in ad hoc finance projects and support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>The responsibilities serve as a guide; the role may also involve undertaking various ad hoc duties as needed.</li></ul><br>
Position Requirements:
<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance; part-qualified or certified CIMA, ACCA, CMA preferred.</li><li>3 to 6 years of relevant practical experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).</li><li>Experience with both the UAE and KSA tax regimes, including VAT compliance and local regulatory reporting, is a strong advantage.</li><li>Solid understanding of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers.</li><li>Hands-on experience with NetSuite or other international accounting systems.</li><li>Exposure to Salesforce and SAP Concur is advantageous.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic speaker preferred.</li><li>Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.</li></ul><div><b><br>

The GCC Analyst will provide high-quality customer support by managing, analyzing, and resolving technical and functional issues within Jaggaer solutions. Acting as the first line of defense for our customers and suppliers, the GCC Analyst ensures timely resolutions, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement of the support process.</div>
Principal Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:
