POLICY FOR STAFF APPRAISAL&middot; For all levels of employees a yearly review of performance will be made&middot; The employee will be assessed by the organization as well as there will be a self-appraisal&middot; The Secretary in consultation with respective project heads will review the assessments&middot; In case of project heads, the yearly review will be done by the Secretary&middot; Any increment in salary and upgrading the employee to the next level will be strictly based on this performance review.SALARY&middot; The salary will be paid by the 10th of every month.
