The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern commodities, specifically olive oil, artisanal cheeses, nuts, and traditional pantry staples. Your primary goal will be to expand our market presence within the grocery and supermarket sectors, ensuring our products are prominently featured and preferred by consumers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail accounts, including local grocery stores, specialty boutiques, and large supermarket chains.</li><li>Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our Levantine range (e.g., Cold-pressed Olive Oil, Za'atar, Halloumi, Labneh, and premium nuts), educating retailers on quality, origin, and usage.</li><li>Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with store managers and category buyers to secure optimal shelf space and promotional opportunities.</li><li>Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed according to brand standards, monitoring stock levels, and managing rotations to guarantee freshness.</li><li>Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets within the assigned territory.</li><li>Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends within the grocery sector and provide regular feedback to management.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Industry Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the FMCG or Food &amp; Beverage sector.</li><li>Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working with grocery shops and supermarkets is essential.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Levantine/Middle Eastern food culture and products (Cheese, Oils, Spices, and Nuts).</li><li>Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Sales Representative (Levantine Specialty Products)

1. Job Purpose : To provide high-level strategic oversight and operational leadership for the grocery shop branch. The Branch Supervisor is responsible for driving overall business performance, ensuring profitability, maintaining exceptional operational standards, and fostering a motivated, compliant workforce while directly managing the General Manager (GM) and Store Manager.Critical Success Factors<ul><li>Financial Performance: Achieving or exceeding set revenue, profit margin, and cost-control targets for the branch.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Consistent full compliance with company policies, health &amp; safety regulations, and local licensing requirements.</li><li>Brand Integrity &amp; Customer Loyalty: Maintaining a superior shop reputation, leading to high rates of customer retention and positive feedback.</li><li>Leadership Effectiveness: Achieving high levels of staff productivity, morale, and retention through effective management of the GM and Store Manager.</li></ul>2.
