Qualification : Any UG / PG min 3 years of experience the same fieldDuties &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and design creative visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and branding assets.</li><li>Create layouts, illustrations, logos, social media posts, infographics, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.</li><li>Edit and retouch images to enhance quality and maintain brand aesthetics.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software to deliver innovative visuals.</li><li>Prepare final designs for publishing, printing, or online distribution.</li></ul>Video Editing Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality final products.</li><li>Add effects, animations, transitions, titles, and sound to enhance video content.</li><li>Work with creative briefs to produce promotional videos, ads, social media content, and corporate videos.</li><li>Maintain proper organization of video assets, files, and backups.</li><li>Ensure all videos meet technical requirements for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with scriptwriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure messaging is clear and effective.</li><li>Optimize video length, quality, and format to suit different audiences and platforms.</li></ul>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders to understand design/video requirements.</li><li>Propose creative ideas and solutions to improve content presentation.</li><li>Ensure all creative work aligns with the company&rsquo;s vision and target audience.</li><li>Maintain an organized workflow and proper file management system.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
