Job Description</b></h2><p>
About the Role Jaiinfoway is looking for a junior mid level AI Engineer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning / generative AI to help design, build, and deploy AI solutions for global clients. The role involves working on real-world projects in NLP, RAG, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Key Responsibilities</li><li>
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for production use cases.
</li><li>Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data (text, images, logs, etc.).
</li><li>Implement and fine-tune models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
</li><li>Contribute to GenAI and RAG solutions using LLM frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex) and vector databases.
</li><li>Build APIs / microservices (Python/FastAPI/Flask) to integrate AI models with applications.
</li><li>Run experiments, evaluate models, and iterate using metrics such as accuracy, F1, ROC-AUC, BLEU, etc.
</li><li>Work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
</li><li>Participate in code reviews, documentation, and MLOps workflows (versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for models).
</li><li>Stay updated with latest research and tools in AI/ML and bring ideas to improve current solutions.
</li><li>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</li><li>
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
</li><li>13 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (internships can be counted for freshers with strong projects).
</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
</li><li>Practical experience building at least 12 end-to-end ML or GenAI projects (training, evaluation, deployment).
</li><li>Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
</li><li>Good understanding of core ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, overfitting, regularization, etc.
</li><li>Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Git-based workflows.
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
</li><li>Good to Have (Preferred)</li><li>
Experience with LLMs, OpenAI/Anthropic/Bedrock APIs, LangChain, or RAG pipelines.
</li><li>Exposure to NLP (text classification, summarization, chatbots) or computer vision (image classification, detection).
</li><li>Familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, and basic MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights &amp; Biases, or similar).
</li><li>Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
