Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees.</li><li>Handle employee grievances, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions as per company policy.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.</li><li>Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.</li><li>Prepare HR-related reports and assist management in manpower planning.</li><li>Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field.</li><li>5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-handling skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and basic HR management tools/software.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
