Job DescriptionElectro-Mech Engineers is seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to support site safety activities and ensure compliance with safety norms and procedures. The candidate will assist the safety officer and project team in promoting a safe work environment across the site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in implementing and monitoring safety procedures at the project site.</li><li>Conduct routine safety inspections, toolbox talks (TBT), and hazard identification.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, PPE usage, and safe work practices.</li><li>Report unsafe conditions, near-misses, and support corrective action processes.</li><li>Maintain safety checklists, documentation, permits, and daily reports.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, workers, and supervisors to ensure adherence to safety norms.</li><li>Support the Safety Officer in training and awareness programs.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering</li><li>DIS (Diploma in Industrial Safety) in AICTE recognised institute.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/industrial safety</li><li>Good understanding of safety protocols, site hazards, and compliance requirements</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong observation and reporting skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of safety standards and statutory norms</li><li>Good communication skills for coordinating with site teams</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Safety Supervisor

Position OverviewThe Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all workplace safety standards, implementing effective safety protocols, and creating a culture of safety at the project site. This role demands vigilance, technical knowledge, and the ability to train and motivate the workforce to adopt safe work practices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and enforce site safety rules, policies, and statutory regulations.</li><li>Conduct daily safety inspections and regular audits of tools, equipment, and work areas.</li><li>Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents.</li><li>Organize and conduct safety training sessions.</li><li>Investigate accidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective measures.</li><li>Maintain all safety records and documentation as per company and client requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and client representatives on safety matters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with PVUNL/NTPC safety guidelines and contractor safety procedures.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:Option 1:<ul><li>B.Tech Degree (any discipline)</li><li>ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from an AICTE-recognised institute</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/industrial safety</li></ul>Option 2:<ul><li>Diploma in Engineering (any discipline)</li><li>ADIS from an AICTE-recognised institute</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/industrial safety</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to conduct training and motivate the workforce.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
