Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance practices, legal matters, and compliance issues. Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas, organizing meetings, and preparing minutes. Maintain accurate records of company documents such as meeting minutes, resolutions, and shareholder communications. Compliance &amp; Regulatory Affairs: Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and reports to regulatory authorities (e.g., financial statements, annual returns, etc.). Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements affecting the company and inform the management team accordingly. Liaise with external legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance. Legal &amp; Administrative Support: Manage the legal aspects of the company, including contract review, corporate policies, and legal filings. Coordinate with legal counsel to manage disputes, agreements, and other legal matters. Maintain and manage corporate records, licenses, and permits in compliance with legal standards.
