Howell Chase Heating &amp; Air Conditioning is looking for an HVAC Membership Coordinator to coordinate daily schedules, support our service technicians, and help deliver the exceptional customer experience we&rsquo;re known for across the Lowcountry. We are looking to hire a quality individual that is interested in long-term oppurtunity and who is eager to learn and improve their skills.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Schedule, dispatch, and route HVAC service calls to technicians based on skillset, location, and priority.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure timely updates and accurate information.</li><li>Create, receive and issue dispatch tickets for service requests &amp; approved repairs/recommendations.</li><li>Order parts and file warranty claims as needed for completed jobs.</li><li>Maintain clear documentation and notes within ServiceTitan (or other dispatch software)</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Office Manager, Service Manager, and CSR team, to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Resolve customers inquiries, concerns or issues as needed.</li><li>Ensure a quality customer service experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Prior experience in HVAC dispatching, service coordination, or customer service (preferred).</li><li>Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.</li><li>Excellent communication&mdash;both with customers and technicians.</li><li>A sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability in every interaction.</li><li>Proficiency with ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office, or similar software a plus.
