 المهام الوظيفية | Job Responsibilities

 يحدد المواد المطلوبة ويقوم عند الحاجة بإصدار أوامر الشراء.
 </li>
 <li>
 يضمن أن المواد مطابقة للمواصفات ومعايير الجودة وأن تكون ذات كفاءة من حيث التكلفة.
 </li>
 <li>
 يضمن التوريد المستمر والكافي للمواد اللازمة لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
 </li>
 <li>
 يتابع حجم الإنتاج ويراقب أنماط الطلب من العملاء.
 </li>
 <li>
 يضع خطة لتوريد المواد بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة ويتابع عملية الإمداد والتسليم.
 </li>
 <li>
 يشرف على تسوية الفروقات في المخزون ويتابع التحقيق لتحديد السبب الجذري لتلك الفروقات.
 </li>
 <li>
 يعد التقارير مثل أرصدة المخزون، قوائم الأسعار، والنواقص.
 </li>
 <li>
 يطور وينفذ ويحسن إجراءات ضبط المخزون لضمان دقته.
 </li>
 <li>
 يدير تصحيح أو تعديل كميات المخزون السالبة في الوقت المناسب.
 </li>
 <li>
 يتعاون مع فرق المبيعات والعمليات لتطوير توقعات دقيقة طويلة المدى تُستخدم لدعم جميع أنشطة التخطيط للأعمال.
 </li>
 <li>
 يرفع تقارير بنتائج دقة ضبط المخزون وتأثيرها على تلبية طلبات العملاء.
 </li>
 <li>
 يشرف على عملية الجرد الدوري ويصدر طلبات إعادة الجرد حسب متطلبات الأعمال الحالية.
 </li>
 <li>
 يراقب حركة المواد وإدخال البيانات الخاصة باستلام المواد وشحنها وتحويلها.
 </li>
 <li>
 يجمع ويحلل بيانات ضبط المخزون ويُعد خطة شراء مبنية على القيمة، والسجل التاريخي، والتوقعات، والطلبات الخاصة.
 </li>
 <li>
 يحلل ويسوي فروقات المخزون بشكل يومي ويصدر تقارير دورية لمدير سلسلة الإمداد.
 </li>
 <li>
 يراجع مستويات المخزون من المواد ويطلب كميات إضافية عند الحاجة.
 </li>
 <li>
 يدير مخزون المواد من خلال تخزين الأصناف في المستودعات أو توزيعها على الفروع.
 </li>
 <li>
 يدعم وينفذ أنشطة الشراء الخاصة بالعقود مع الموردين.
 </li>
 <li>
 يؤدي أي مهام أو واجبات أخرى ذات صلة تُسند إليه
 </li>
 <li>
 Determines the required materials and possibly generating purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that the materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for smooth operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracks production volume and monitors customer demand patterns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and material delivery plan in coordination with the stakeholders and ensures the monitors the supply and delivery of materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversees the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and follows-up with an investigation to determine the root cause of the discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares reports, such as inventory balances, price lists, and shortages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops, implements, and improves inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages the correction or adjustment of negative inventory quantities in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partners with the sales and operations teams to develop accurate long-term forecasts that will be used to support all business planning activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reports results of inventory control accuracy and impact to customer fulfillment
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversees cycle count process and generates recounts based on current business requirements\
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors material movement, data entry for material receipts, shipments, and transfers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collects and analyzes inventory control data and prepares purchasing plan based on value, history, forecasting, and special demands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze reconcile inventory variances on a daily basis, issue periodic reports to Supply Chain Director.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews inventory levels of materials and ordering additional quantities when necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages inventory of materials by storing items in warehouses or distributing them to the branches.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports and executes purchasing activities for contracts with suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs any related assignments or duties as directed.
 </li>

 المتطلبات الوظيفية | Job Requirements
 
 
 <ul>

 درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
 </li>
 <li>
 من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في تخطيط المشتريات
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in procurement planning.
 </li>
