Roles and Responsibilities&middot; Handling Civil / Criminal cases and other cases related to company properties at various courts.&middot; Handling cases at the RERA office and also the Court of AC, DC and other relevant courts.&middot; Vetting and drafting / Title due diligence of land documents for various projects.&middot; Drafting and vetting of various legal agreements i.e., AOS, Sale Deeds, Contractual Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (if any), Power of Attorneys, Commercial contracts, MOUs, consultancy, all other aspects relating to Legal aspects of the organization.&middot; Title, legal opinion, follow-up with panel advocates etc.&middot; Due diligence relating to purchase / lease of land or property.&middot; Land acquisitions and approvals.&middot; Project approval for mortgage of properties to financial / non-financial institutions.&middot; Handling all legal issues, liaison with Govt. bodies.&middot; Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.&middot; Handling Customer queries related to Land &amp; legal documents&middot; Sales Deeds of various projects ensuring legal compliance safeguarding business interests of the group, Legal notices, public notices.&middot; Provides legal advice/opinion besides conducting legal due diligence of all land/property which is connected to the business by structuring transitions, negotiations and finalization of legal documents.&middot; Coordinate with financial &amp; non-banking institutions for approval for loans and handle all related legal issues with agencies, corporations and government bodies.&middot; Ensuring legal compliance of local regulations, monitors and manage all aspects of legal dimensions involving the company&middot; Advising on various legal matters like commercial contracts, dispute resolution, regulatory, employment, and governance.&middot; To protect of the company owned/leased properties and to take proper steps to resolve any disputes thereof. Also attending all disputes connected with the properties and settlement thereof. Searching the property at registry office etc. through agents.&middot; Coordinating with litigation panel advocates to obtain orders &amp; relief from various courts.&middot; Preliminary title due diligence NOTES &amp; Litigation NOTES.&middot; Coordinating with Liaising team to obtain all NOCs &amp; Approvals.&middot; To interact with land owner for documents&middot; Handing over the original title documents to the registered owner&rsquo;s association.Nature of Law:&middot; Civil Law&middot; Criminal Law&middot; Laws relating to property and tenancy&middot; Law relating to bouncing of cheque&middot; Arbitration&middot; Hindu Law and Mohammedan Law&middot; Laws of Consumer Protection&middot; Land Laws&middot; Society Registration Act.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;125,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
