What you will do: 
We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and sales, with a strong desire to drive business growth. They excel in communication and relationship-building, establishing and maintaining valuable partnerships. As a self-starter, they can work independently while staying aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Additionally, they bring experience in sales and account management, preferably within technology distribution, Pro AV, or a related industry.
 As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our business and fostering long-term partnerships. You'll inherit an existing portfolio of clients, become a valuable member of our exceptional sales team, and cater to a highly lucrative group of clients with recurring sales.
 
Responsibilities: 
Sales & Revenue Growth
 <ul>
<li>Execute the evolving business model as directed by leadership.</li>
<li>Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed quotas and revenue targets.</li>
<li>Introduce and promote both new and established products and services within your territory.</li>
<li>Continuously prospect and expand the customer base within the assigned region.</li>
</ul>
Client & Vendor Relationship Management
 <ul>
<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, resellers, and integrators.</li>
<li>Partner with regional vendors to maximize business opportunities and strengthen strategic alliances.</li>
<li>Develop deep relationships with clients through regular travel and face-to-face meetings.</li>
<li>Work closely with partners to identify and implement technology solutions that fit their needs.</li>
</ul>
Business Development & Brand Awareness
 <ul>
<li>Represent JB&A at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness.</li>
<li>Identify emerging technologies and recommend new vendors for JB&A to consider for distribution.</li>
<li>Proactively seek opportunities to expand JB&A’s market presence.</li>
</ul>
Process, Structure & Organization
 <ul>
<li>Build structured agendas to enhance productivity and focus.</li>
<li>Maintain and update sales databases and CRM records accurately.</li>
<li>Complete assigned projects within the territory monthly.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and sales initiatives.</li>
</ul>
What we are looking for: 
<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or account management.</li>
<li>Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of the video or pro-AV industries</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Ability to travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and vendors.</li>
<li>A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required</li>
