Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations&middot; Supervise daily dairy and juice production activities (milk processing, pasteurization, fermentation, juice extraction, blending, filling, and packaging)&middot; Ensure production schedules are met with optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment&middot; Monitor processing parameters such as temperature, time, pressure, and hygiene controlsQuality &amp; Food Safety&middot; Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSAI/USDA/FDA as applicable)&middot; Conduct routine quality checks and ensure corrective actions for deviations&middot; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and production areas (CIP/SIP systems)Team Supervision&middot; Lead, train, and motivate production operators and technicians&middot; Assign duties, manage shifts, and monitor employee performance&middot; Enforce safety rules and proper use of PPEEquipment &amp; Maintenance&middot; Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance&middot; Ensure proper operation of pasteurizers, homogenizers, fillers, chillers, and other processing equipment&middot; Minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiencyDocumentation &amp; Reporting&middot; Maintain production records, batch logs, and quality reports&middot; Track wastage, yields, and production efficiency&middot; Report daily production performance to managementContinuous Improvement&middot; Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency&middot; Support implementation of process improvements and new product trials&middot; Product complaint investigation and root cause identification and implementation of CAPA.---Required Skills &amp; Competencies&middot; Strong knowledge of dairy and juice processing technology&middot; Understanding of food safety and quality systems&middot; Leadership and people management skills&middot; Problem-solving and decision-making abilities&middot; Basic computer skills (production reports, ERP systems)&middot; Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure---Qualifications&middot; Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field&middot; 3&ndash;5 years of experience in dairy or beverage production, with supervisory experience preferred---Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)&middot; Production output vs. plan&middot; Product quality and rejection rates&middot; Equipment downtime&middot; Compliance with food safety audits&middot; Labor productivity and wastage control---Work Environment&middot; Manufacturing plant / processing facility&middot; Shift-based work, including nights or weekends&middot; Exposure to cold rooms, wet areas, and food-grade chemicals<ul><li>Required: Advantage experience with Baladna and Al Wajba dairy products.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
