 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
 
 Seasonal Inventory Sr. Specialist
 
 with 1+ year of experience to support our team during the upcoming peak season. This role is essential for managing large-scale inventory projects and supporting secondary order processing. The ideal candidate will have prior inventory experience and be ready to hit the ground running.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support large inventory initiatives, including audits, reconciliations, and tracking item movement across departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate repair requests and ensure timely QC of designated pieces
 </li>
 <li>
 Pull and organize inventory for inspection, shipment, or project-specific needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and document the location and status of merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with returns and reverse logistics processing as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide secondary support for order processing and fulfillment
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, Operations, and Customer Service
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of inventory activities and project progress
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily opening and closing activities in the inventory area
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Inventory Experience Required: Must have prior experience in inventory operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in tracking and managing merchandise
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Follow-Through: Commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Jewelry Industry Experience Preferred: Familiarity with luxury or jewelry inventory is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Benefits
 
 
 
 Hourly pay: $18.50-$20.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
