Job DescriptionJames Barton Design Build Inc. is seeking an Interior Designer/Drafter to join our design and sales team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of design, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This position will be responsible for working with the design and sales team in executing the daily design needs of the company. This includes, but is not limited to: on site measurements, completing as built and proposed design drawings, assisting design team as directed. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of design trends and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum of 2 years' experience in Interior Design</li><li>Strong knowledge of the residential market</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team</li><li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong work ethic</li></ul>James Barton Design Build Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid vacation, sick time, profit sharing, cash balance profit sharing plan, and much more!
