Assistant/Support Staff should be available to work in-person at least 25 hours per week during normal business hours, preferably 30-40 hours. Please indicate AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. experience and proficiency.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assists on projects and all tasks related to the hustle-n-bustle of an Architectural Office.</li><li>Assist with personal tasks and projects, such as shopping or gift arrangements.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</li><li>Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar for the executive.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Research and gather information on various topics, as requested.</li><li>Help prioritize and manage tasks to ensure deadlines are met.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>No Experience Required (1-2 Years Preferred)</li><li>Able to work at least25 HRS Week (30-40 Preferred)</li><li>Willingness to learn</li><li>Able to Multi-Task</li><li>Comfortable with taking direction</li><li>Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects</li><li>Maintains effective communication with project team members</li><li>Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships</li><li>Organized</li></ul>Qualifications (Not required but a plus)<ul><li>Knowledge of Building Department submittal process</li><li>Familiar IBC (California (CBC), Florida (FBC))</li><li>Experience with Construction Drawings</li><li>Previous Internships or Positions in the field of Architecture or Engineering</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, InternshipPay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Las Vegas, NV 89123 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
