 The
 
 Field Marketing Manager
 
 plays a critical role in executing James Hardie&rsquo;s regional marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across the trade value chain. This role bridges corporate marketing strategy with local market execution bringing programs to life that generate demand and strengthen relationships with key channel partners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of delivering impactful programs that influence purchasing decisions at every level of the channel.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan &amp; Execute Regional Marketing: Implement localized marketing programs aligned with national priorities. Partner with Sales, Product, and Channel teams to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Channel &amp; Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with dealers and distributors through joint initiatives, training events, trade shows, and merchandising support. Ensure consistent brand presence across showrooms and promotional materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Activate Digital &amp; Content Strategies: Support development and deployment of localized digital content for websites, e-commerce, and partner communications. Manage marketing asset requests and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Budgets &amp; Analytics: Oversee regional marketing budgets, track program performance, and report on KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform future planning
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Bring:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in marketing, channel management, or sales enablement&mdash;preferably in building materials, consumer durables, or B2B environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to execute marketing programs that drive measurable business impact
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple programs simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel 30-40% of the time

 As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $111,000.00 to $139,000.00. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits, and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
