Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP Operations professional with strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HR modules. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day system operations, support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors to support HR business processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations and support of SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.</li><li>Handle system configuration, data maintenance, and user access management.</li><li>Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams/vendor when required.</li><li>Support HR teams in process optimization and system enhancements.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with HR policies.</li><li>Assist in system testing, upgrades, releases, and change management.</li><li>Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user guides.</li><li>Support reporting and analytics requirements within SuccessFactors.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR processes (Employee Central preferred)</li><li>Experience in SAP Operations / Application Support</li><li>Understanding of integrations, data loads, and workflows</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>SAP SuccessFactors certification</li><li>Experience with global HR implementations</li><li>Exposure to multiple SuccessFactors modules</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Lahore or Karachi</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote

Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Operations Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, supporting Finance-related processes. This role will focus on day-to-day SAP operations, system support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors modules aligned with finance and reporting needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, contract-based environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide operational support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Finance integrations, reporting, and data accuracy</li><li>Manage day-to-day system activities including user access, configurations, workflows, and data maintenance</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with SAP vendors and internal stakeholders as needed</li><li>Support finance-related processes such as cost center management, budgeting inputs, and payroll/finance integrations</li><li>Assist in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments</li><li>Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guides</li><li>Support audits, compliance checks, and data validation activities</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in an operations or support role</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting Finance-related processes or integrations within SAP</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and data flows</li><li>Experience with system troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis</li><li>Strong analytical and documentation skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in contract or project-based SAP roles</li><li>Exposure to SAP Finance (FICO) integrations is a plus</li><li>Prior experience supporting global or multi-entity environments</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with SAP Finance (FICO) or other SAP ERP integrations</li><li>Exposure to Employee Central, Compensation, or Payroll modules</li><li>Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations</li><li>Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics</li><li>Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, or audit processes</li><li>SAP or SuccessFactors certifications</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Karachi or Lahore</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
