Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies to improve student admissions, brand visibility, and institutional outreach.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies for admissions and branding</li><li>Plan and execute offline &amp; online marketing campaigns</li><li>Coordinate school visits, seminars, education fairs, and counselling programs</li><li>Manage digital marketing (social media, website promotion, WhatsApp campaigns)</li><li>Generate and follow up on admission leads</li><li>Analyze market trends, competition, and admission data</li><li>Coordinate with admission team, faculty, and management</li><li>Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analysis</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing / Management / Related Field</li><li>Proven experience in educational marketing or admissions preferred</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing tools &amp; social media platforms</li><li>Ability to work with targets and deadlines</li><li>Good presentation and negotiation skills</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years experience in marketing (Education sector preferred)</li></ul>Salary:<ul><li>As per experience and industry standards</li></ul>Employment Type:<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Reporting To:<ul><li>Admission Head / Marketing Manager / Director</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹9,463.92 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
