Join us to contribute to impactful legal work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will make a meaningful difference.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive legal administrative support across multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, litigation, and tribal law.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to assist attorneys with case preparation and strategy.</li><li>Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence with precision and clarity.</li><li>Manage case files and document management systems like iManage and PCLaw to ensure accurate and efficient organization of case materials.</li><li>Assist with client interviews and gather relevant information for case development while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Support project management efforts by coordinating deadlines, tracking case progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document review while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced law office setting.</li><li>Utilize legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and document management systems to streamline research and case handling processes.</li><li>Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing communications via phone etiquette, and organizing meetings or hearings.</li><li>Conduct legal research across various practice areas including immigration law, workers&rsquo; compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, family law, tribal regulations, UCC law (Uniform Commercial Code), and more.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven paralegal experience with a strong background in multiple practice areas such as real estate, litigation, personal injury, family law, business law.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in legal research platforms including Westlaw and LexisNexis; experience with Smokeball is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents; strong proofreading and transcription abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with document review processes and case management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Experience supporting attorneys with project management tasks such as tracking deadlines and coordinating case workflows.</li><li>Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing systems management, phone etiquette, and administrative support functions.</li><li>Ability to conduct interviews effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality across diverse client interactions.</li><li>Knowledge of various practice areas is a plus.
