This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment that celebrates culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring prompt delivery</li><li>Assist with food preparation and handling to support kitchen staff and maintain food safety standards</li><li>Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, and premium dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales</li><li>Manage table turnover efficiently by bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards</li><li>Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts</li><li>Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards</li><li>Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or server provides a solid foundation for success in this position</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting are essential</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering extraordinary dining experiences!
