Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain operational dashboards</li><li>Support predictive analytics prototype delivery</li><li>Assist in ORSA, analyst, and staff training</li><li>Contribute to reusable analytics modules and instructional materials</li><li>Support Lunch &amp; Learn events and analytics adoption activities</li><li>Support delivery of in-person and virtual Army Vantage training, including analyst, staff, and ORSA sessions</li><li>Assist in development and refinement of training materials, exercises, and hands-on labs</li><li>Serve as breakout session instructors or facilitators during training events</li><li>Configure and maintain training-ready dashboards, datasets, and workflows for instructional use</li><li>Support delivery of Lunch &amp; Learn events, including demonstrations of existing dashboards and analytics products</li><li>Provide on-the-floor and post-training student support during and after training sessions</li><li>Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, analytics patterns, and training artifacts</li><li>Incorporate training feedback into iterative improvement of analytics products and instructional materials</li><li>Model best practices for Army Vantage permissions, classification handling, and reuse during training demonstrations</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical, analytical, or quantitative field</li><li>3&ndash;6 years&rsquo; experience in data analytics, software development, or data engineering</li><li>Working proficiency in Python and SQL</li><li>Experience building dashboards, data transformations, or analytical workflows</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise analytics platforms or low-code/no-code tools</li><li>Ability to follow analytics standards and documentation practices</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience using Palantir Foundry or Army Vantage (preferred)</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Exposure to Palantir Foundry, Army Vantage, or similar platforms</li><li>Experience supporting training events, workshops, or user enablement</li><li>Familiarity with Git/code repositories and data visualization tools</li><li>Prior experience in government, DoD, or regulated environments</li></ul></div>

Senior Data Analyst / Developer / Engineer

The Principal Data Analyst analytics delivery, instructional design, and technical mentorship for Army Vantage enablement. This position will serve as the primary integrator between operational needs, analytics solutions, and training delivery.

Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead delivery of prototype-level predictive analytics and dashboards</li><li>Serve as primary instructor for ORSA-level and advanced analytics training</li><li>Guide development of reusable analytics patterns and standards</li><li>Mentor mid-level and junior personnel</li><li>Ensure analytics products are instructional, reusable, and sustainment-ready</li><li>Design and oversee delivery of Army Vantage&ndash;specific training curricula aligned to defined USAREUR-AF personas (executives, staff, analysts, ORSAs)</li><li>Serve as lead instructor for advanced training events, including ORSA training and executive-level courses</li><li>Ensure training materials emphasize Army Vantage workflows, permissions, classification, and reuse, not generic analytics tools</li><li>Review and approve training content developed by mid-level and junior staff for technical accuracy and instructional quality</li><li>Lead development of instructional analytics products, ensuring dashboards, workflows, and predictive analytics are suitable as teaching exemplars</li><li>Guide incorporation of data lineage, version control, and collaborative development practices into all training demonstrations</li><li>Mentor mid-level personnel on instructional techniques, classroom delivery, and facilitation of Army training events</li><li>Serve as primary technical advisor supporting Data program design and execution</li><li>Ensure training events support organizational change objectives and reinforce adoption milestones outlined in the SOW</li><li>Lead after-action reviews (AARs) for training events and incorporate feedback into subsequent deliveries</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, or related technical field</li><li>7&ndash;10 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, software development, or operational research</li><li>2+ years delivering analytics or data products using an enterprise analytics platform (e.g., Palantir Foundry, Army Vantage, Databricks, Snowflake, or cloud-based analytics platforms)</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and SQL</li><li>Experience developing dashboards, data pipelines, or analytical workflows that support operational decision-making</li><li>Demonstrated experience teaching, mentoring, or leading technical personnel or delivering structured training</li><li>Experience using Palantir Foundry or Army Vantage (preferred)</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience with Palantir Foundry or Army Vantage</li><li>Familiarity with version control (Git), data lineage, and reproducibility practices</li><li>Knowledge of PII/PHI handling, DoD security practices, and classification workflows</li><li>Exposure to predictive analytics or statistical modeling</li><li>Experience supporting organizational change, analytics adoption, or analytics enablement initiatives</li></ul></div>
