<div><div>Janux Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate/Sr. Research Associate with experience working in immunology or oncology in a clinical laboratory or CRO settings. The incumbent will be an integral member of the clinical immunology team and will work on flow-based assays for Janux&rsquo;s TRACTr and TRACIr clinical programs. An ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with flow cytometry, T cell activation, assay development and optimization.This position is hands-on bench work and requires effective communication and documentation of results. The ideal applicant will be collaborative and team-oriented, self-motivated, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and carry a strong commitment to excellence.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul>
<li>These may include, but will not be limited to:
<ul><li>Execution of flow-based assays for clinical programs
</li><li>Draft, develop and/or review SOPs, or any other documentation needed to support the clinical laboratory work.</li>
<li>Execute standard experiments evaluating immunophenotyping, T cell activation and cytotoxicity, as needed
</li></ul></li><li>Manage critical reagent inventories for clinical testing</li>
<li>Help execute/perform internal laboratory activities under tight timelines</li>
<li>Maintain up to date records</li>
<li>Draft reports of work and study conclusions</li>
<li>Other duties as deemed necessary</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Must have a B.S in cell biology, immunology, oncology or related field with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience for RA-level or 5+ years for SRA-level</li>
<li>Experience with primary human cells isolation, culture, and activation in vitro.</li>
<li>Experience in multi-color flow cytometry for immunophenotyping and functional assays is desirable.</li>
<li>Experience in flow cytometry analysis is desirable(ie. FlowJo, DIVA, FCS Express, CellEngine, or Cytobank).
</li><li>Experience in cytokine/ chemokine evaluation assays (ELISA, MSD, Olink etc.) is desirable.</li>
<li>Experience working in a clinical environment following GCLP, GDP or GLP guidelines is a plus.
</li><li>Experience validating flow cytometry assay and methods for clinical use is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in excel, PowerPoint and GraphPad Prism is required.
</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Success in this role requires great attention to detail with the ability to multitask</li>
<li>Skills to be an effective team player, strong individual contributor, self-motivated, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines</li>
<li>Experience in Biotech or Pharma industry a plus.</li></ul></div><br>

</b></p><div><div>In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000-$115,000, we offer stock options, a stock purchase plan (ESPP) and a target bonus.
