 As a Senior Product Designer, you&rsquo;ll own some of Jar&rsquo;s most important product experiences end-to-end. Your work will directly shape how users understand, trust, and build financial habits on Jar. You&rsquo;ll work on complex, high-impact problem spaces, bring clarity to ambiguity, and ensure strong visual and interaction quality across the app. You&rsquo;ll also support and mentor designers while partnering closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale
 
 
 
 What will be your responsibilities?

 Own and lead end-to-end design for high-impact product initiatives, from early problem discovery to final delivery

 What are we looking for?

 4+ years of experience in product design, with experience owning features or product areas end-to-end and mentoring team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience designing and shipping consumer products at scale, preferably in fintech, gaming, or habit-forming apps
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into simple and intuitive user experiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and information hierarchy
 </li>

 Ability to connect design decisions to user impact and product outcomes, not just aesthetics

 Experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions

 We are looking for a Secretarial &amp; Compliance executive to support our day-to-day company compliance and governance work. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to learn how startups manage statutory filings, board and shareholder processes, and basic corporate governance. You will work closely with seniors, help maintain records, track compliance timelines, and support audits and routine regulatory requirements.
