Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities &ndash; Electrical Foreman (Data Center Construction) 
As an Electrical Foreman &ndash; Data Center Construction, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing field teams on major mission-critical builds. Responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Test electrical systems using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and related tools to identify issues and ensure safety and compatibility</li><li>
Document test results, repairs, and system performance with accuracy</li><li>
Repair or install electrical components, wiring, and devices to resolve issues</li><li>
Respond quickly to emergency calls, assess hazards, and direct crews appropriately</li><li>
Supervise 25+ employees across multiple projects and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards</li><li>
Establish material and manpower look-ahead reports for proactive scheduling</li><li>
Manage project scope of work, budgets, and deadlines</li><li>
Maintain tools and equipment for safe, reliable operation</li></ul>
Requirements &ndash; Electrical Foreman (Data Center Project)<ul><li>
Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License (non-expired)</li><li>
Minimum of 10 years of verifiable electrical experience in commercial/industrial construction</li><li>
Strong blueprint reading and equipment layout skills</li><li>
Proficient in NEC code compliance and use of the codebook</li><li>
Ability to lay out and direct teams of 3&ndash;4 journeymen safely and efficiently</li><li>
OSHA 30, CPR, NFPA 70E training</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record</li><li>
Strong communication and leadership skills</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications &ndash; Pump Repair Technician / Electrical Foreman<ul><li>
Four-year apprenticeship or equivalent trade school</li><li>
Experience working on energized circuits in compliance with OSHA and industry standards</li><li>
Prior data center, mission-critical, or telecom project experience</li><li>
Bilingual skills (Spanish/English)</li><li>
Strong mechanical aptitude and self-starter mentality</li></ul>
