Location:Al Ain, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project</li><li>Define activities, sequences, and dependencies (logic linking)</li><li>Monitor site progress in Al Ain and compare with the approved schedule</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports</li><li>Identify delays and analyze schedule variances</li><li>Propose corrective actions and recovery plans when needed</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers</li><li>Review and validate contractors&rsquo; schedules</li><li>Assist in preparation of time-related claims</li><li>Support project management with data-driven insights and reporting</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent)</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in planning and project control</li><li>Experience in UAE projects, preferably in Al Ain</li><li>Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project</li><li>Good command of English (written and spoken)</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>High attention to detail</li></ul>to apply send your cv tooffice@almutaredh.aeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

المسمى الوظيفي: مصمم جرافيك (Graphic Designer)الهدف من الوظيفة:تصميم وتطوير مواد بصرية إبداعية تدعم الهوية المؤسسية وتعزز الرسائل التسويقية للشركة.المهام والمسؤوليات:<ul><li>تصميم الشعارات والهويات البصرية بما يتناسب مع رؤية الشركة</li><li>إعداد المواد التسويقية مثل (الإعلانات، البروشورات، البوسترات، محتوى السوشيال ميديا)</li><li>تطوير تصاميم مبتكرة للمواقع الإلكترونية والتطبيقات (عند الحاجة)</li><li>تعديل الصور وتحسين جودتها باستخدام برامج التصميم</li><li>الالتزام بدليل الهوية البصرية للشركة في جميع التصاميم</li><li>التعاون مع فريق التسويق والمبيعات لتنفيذ الحملات الإعلانية</li><li>متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم وتطبيقها</li></ul>المؤهلات والمتطلبات:<ul><li>شهادة في التصميم الجرافيكي أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل)</li><li>خبرة لا تقل عن (1&ndash;3 سنوات) في مجال التصميم</li><li>إتقان برامج التصميم مثل: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign</li><li>مهارات عالية في الإبداع والابتكار</li><li>القدرة على إدارة الوقت والعمل تحت الضغط</li><li>مهارات تواصل جيدة والعمل ضمن فريق</li></ul>بيئة العمل:<ul><li>العمل ضمن فريق إبداعي</li><li>إمكانية العمل على عدة مشاريع في نفس الوقت</li><li>الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية (Deadlines)</li><li>لمهام الأساسية:</li><li>تصميم الشعارات والهويات البصرية</li><li>إعداد المواد الإعلانية (بوسترات، بنرات، سوشيال ميديا)</li><li>تطوير تصاميم المواقع أو التطبيقات (في حال كان مصمم UI/UX)</li><li>تعديل الصور ومعالجتها</li><li>العمل على برامج التصميم مثل Photoshop وIllustrator</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالراتب المدفوع: AED٣٬٠٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهرموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
