Job SummaryJarrett Concrete Products &amp; Supply is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, drivers, and vendors. This role manages walk-ins, answers incoming calls, creates tickets, coordinates pickups and drop-offs, and handles all front office reception duties.We are looking for someone dependable who can multitask, stay organized, and represent our company with professionalism.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist all walk-in customers and visitors</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally</li><li>Create and process customer tickets accurately</li><li>Coordinate product pickups and drop-offs with yard and production teams</li><li>Communicate effectively with sales, dispatch, and management</li><li>Maintain organized records, invoices, and daily paperwork</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues</li><li>Manage general reception tasks (mail, filing, scheduling, data entry, etc.)</li><li>Keep front office area organized and professional</li><li>Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
