Job Summary: Jascon Engineering W.L.L. is seeking a motivated and results-driven HR &amp; Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation</li><li>Handle recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding</li><li>Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies</li><li>Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and management reports</li><li>Coordinate with PRO for visas, renewals, medicals, and government formalities</li><li>Address employee queries related to HR and payroll matters</li><li>Support performance management and disciplinary procedures</li><li>Assist in HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in HR &amp; payroll (preferably in construction/engineering sector)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law</li><li>Experience with payroll systems and MS Excel</li><li>High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with WPS payroll processing</li><li>Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems</li><li>Multinational workforce handling experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil Construction Sector: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Urdu, Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>
