<div>Title: Business Object Designer and System Support
Location: Hybrid / Alexandria, VA (three days in the office per week&mdash;however, this could evolve into a full-time in-office position)
Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance/T3 Interim Clearance

What you will be doing:
Will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in reporting and data visualization tools to extract meaningful insights from our data sets. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analysis:
<ul><li>Utilize reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects and Cognos to create comprehensive reports for stakeholders.</li>
<li>Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
</ul>
Data Visualization:
<ul><li>Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards using Tableau, Power BI and Qlik Sense.</li>
<li>Translate complex data sets into easily understandable visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>5+ years of Business Objects Universe, Row Level Security and account administration.</li>
<li>5 + years with developing and managing reporting tools, specifically, Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, SQL and COGNOS.</li>
<li>Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects and Cognos. Report creation to extract data from personnel systems. Transition/migrate said reports to designated platform.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in SQL.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency and experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI &amp; Tableau.</li>
<li>Experience with ETL is a plus</li>
<li>Qlik/Databricks is a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Specialized knowledge of the data relation associated with processing Federal Personnel Actions as defined in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Guide for Processing Personnel Actions (GPPA).</li>
