Salary Range: $145k/yr - $161k/yr
Clearance Requirements
This position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.
What you will be doing:
The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.
Position Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
<ul><li>5+ Years of experience</li>
<li>4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience defining requirements and writing user stories</li>
<li>Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul><li>BA/BS from an accredited college or university</li>
<li>AA/AS with 7+ years experience.</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul><li>Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.</li>
<li>Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
